Separation of roles: association and partner network.
The association certifies and audits. Operational implementation, real estate acceleration and consultancy services are channelled transparently through the network of partners and nodes. This separation guarantees that whoever audits is not whoever executes.

Governance: two committees that guarantee rigour and independence.
The association has a Scientific Committee and an Ethics Committee, constituted and operational, which oversee the framework, the measurement and the issuing of the TWC Seal.
Scientific Committee
- Validates the Otiogenesis framework and each of its updates.
- Reviews the measurement tools, such as the Vital Lucidity Index and the ELV-15 Test.
- Oversees diagnoses and audits.
Ethics Committee
- Reviews potential conflicts of interest.
- Safeguards the independence between those who audit and those who execute.
- Ensures data protection and the informed consent of participants.
- Resolves complaints about the Seal.
